I will make the sourdough starter my next post :) But mostly, it's important to have two types of flour in the beginning and to not give up after 3-4 days. It should take about 6 or 7 days.

Thank you for the suggestions! I will try white + rye flour, and keep patience in mind 😊 I’ll be watching for your starter post!
A mix of wheat and rye is good for the first mix, you can go ahead with only wheat after that. It worked for me.
